1. Anti-Anxiety


Don’t have an inhaler? Try This method:

  • 4-5 drops sweet orange
  • Small glass jar
  • A cotton ball / Epsom salts

Place a cotton ball or some Epsom salts into a small glass jar, add the oil, and seal. Open the jar and inhale the aroma when the anxious feelings arise.

2. Calm the Mind Diffuser Blend


  • 2 drops patchouli
  • 2 drops lavender
  • 4 drops sweet orange
  • 200 ml distilled water

Place the blend into your diffuser according to instructions. Consider vaporizing this calming blend at the first signs of the anxious feelings

Heat up several cups of water in a kettle, to almost boiling point. Remove from heat and pour the water into a large bowl. Place the oils into the water.

Cover your head and the bowl with a large bath towel, placing your face above the bowl but not too close that the steam burns your face. Close your eyes and keep them closed for the duration of the treatment

Inhale the hot steam for one to two minutes. If you can tolerate, do it for ten minutes or until the water cools down. If it becomes to intense under the towel, lift the towel and allow some fresh air in

  • 2 drops sweet orange
  • 2 drops vetiver
  • 2 drops lavender
  • 200 ml distilled water

30 minutes prior to attempting to fall asleep, place the oils and water into your  diffuser. Turn off then pop into bed for a restful sleep.

8. Sleepy Time Spray


  • 6 drops sweet orange
  • 3 drops lavender
  • 3 drops ylang ylang
  • 10 ml witch hazel

Fill a 30 ml spray bottle with 20 ml water, then add the witch hazel and oils Shake vigorously then spray around bed and pillow area several minutes before heading off to sleep

9. Tummy Ease Blend


  • 3 drops sweet orange
  • 2 drops peppermint
  • 10 ml of jojoba oil

Blend together. Gently massage your stomach with the aroma blend in a clockwise direction to help ease the pain. Massage the blend for a few minutes.

Use the aroma blend as soon as symptoms arise. With the massage, the blend should be massage into the stomach area for a few minutes. It should not be used more than 3 – 4 times in a 24 hour period as sensitivities may arise.

Alternatively, you can use the same blend on a hot compress. To prepare a compress, fill a bowl with hot water and the aroma blend. Lay a clean, cotton wash cloth or toweling on top of the water letting the water saturate the cloth. Wring out most of the water and lay over the stomach area.

Take care to ensure water is not too hot and tolerable to be able to be placed on stomach. Ensure this treatment is administered out of reach of children and / or animals.
