  • 3 drops lavender

The recommended ingredients are expected to make 30 ml of liquid once combined. Combine all the ingredients in the preceding bullet point, and add to a clean glass bottle (preferably dark) and cover.

To relief joint and muscular discomfort and pain, massage the localized area after showering and before throwing on your precious garbs. The blend can be used for up to 3 months.

7. Circulation Booster Blend


This blend is recommended for a 30 ml bottle.

  • 2 tablespoons St. John’s Wort macerated oil
  • 3 drops rosemary
  • 1 drop clove
  • 3 drops cypress
  • 2 drops thyme
  • 2 drops ginger
  • 2 drops black pepper

To a container, add all the ingredients and combine. Transfer to a bottle and seal well. Ensure your bottle of choice has a cap or dropper for easy application.
